During this urban retreat take the time out to connect with inner peace and learn tools to maintain a stress free 23.
We will practice Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork and meditation and listen to the sacred sound of the gong.
You will learn tips and tricks to continue to practice in your daily life to maintain nourishing habits and healthy boundaries even in times of challenge.
